This allows us time to inform our teachers of the change. • Private lessons canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged in full. • The entire course must be paid before the first lesson. • Group classes missed for any reason cannot be rescheduled later and will be charged in full. If possible, PASFORLAN will provide a recording of the lesson, so you won’t miss it. • Fees paid for classes with PASFORLAN are non-refundable. • All hours purchased by the customer will have an expiration date of 1 (one) month, starting from the purchase date. • The individual students must provide PASFORLAN with their weekly schedule of lessons every Friday, at least before 12:00 pm (GMT-5), for the upcoming week’s lessons, which could be canceled or rescheduled only 24 hours before the class. • The student must fill out the registration form and placement test at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before their first lesson if applicable. • The student understands that, although we do our best to assign a teacher exclusively to a student or group, the teacher may be different even in each lesson, usually with prior notice due to availability and pedagogical reasons. • The student (client) authorizes the charge of the course on the second (02nd) of each month using the payment method provided.
